About Us
Jo Cannon – Owner
Jo’s passion to bring alternative medicine to our community was inspired by her desire to help others. Having taken care of several family members over the past 20 yrs, she has grown to not only understand the pain of those that are sick, but to have compassion for those that are taking care of their loved ones. She is certified in 2nd Level Reiki, an EFT I Counselor, certified in Touch For Health I, II and III, a Life Coach/Mentor and is a licensed clergy.
Michael Denton - Licensed Massage Therapist
Michael graduated from the Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh with a certification in Therapeutic Massage Therapy. Continuing education courses include Ethics, Myofascial Release and Massage Emergency Response. He is a healing facilitator offering many modalities to our area such as Reiki, Qi-Gong, Kinesiology, Theta Healing developed by Vianna Stibal. He has also volunteered his professional services to Carolina Emergency Response Massage Team as well as the Spiegel Burn Foundation’ Massage Wellness Program.
Keli MacIntosh – Registered Nurse & Certified Nutritional Counsultant
Keli has been a Registered Nurse for over 40 years. Several years ago she became disillusioned by traditional medicine and began to build on her experience by studying the more holistic approaches to wellness. She continues her education and is presently working on her Doctor of Naturopathy. She is a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants, has studied under Michael Coyle of NuLife Sciences and Steve Denk of Biomedx in Darkfield Microscopy and Biological Terrain Testing. In her practice she also assists with detoxification including the use of the Ion Cleanse footbath.
Judy Smitka – Reflexologist
Judy has 21 yrs. experience as a licensed practical nurse in physical rehabilitation, which has greatly enhanced her ability to work with stress and identify problem areas in the field of reflexology. She is a certified reflexologist from the International Institute of Reflexology with 10 yrs experience, 2nd Level Reiki and 1st Level Touch For Health.
Brenna Wilcox - Complementary Medicine Consultant
Brenna brings over 20+ yrs. Of experience to Namaste’. She has a BS degree in Physical Education and Health from Amherst in MA, she is a Reiki Master/Teacher , Herbal Medicine, Qigong Healing and much more. “Bring her your intent to feel better through all the changes in our lives and we will discover the Way for you to begin, continue and prosper.” “Let us spiral around our axis, the spine, and move into less pain and more flexibility.”
